FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers to what people usually ask before booking a Discovery Call. If your question isn't here, send it directly.

  1. 01 What is AI‑Celerates Business, and how does it help?

AI‑Celerates Business helps established small and mid‑size businesses identify where their operations are losing time, then builds and trains the AI systems that fix those problems.

The work follows the Discover, Design, Deploy framework: understand the problem, design the plan, then build and train the solution.

  2. 02 I'm not tech‑savvy. Can I still use this?

Yes. Most clients begin with limited technical experience. The work is built around your existing operations and explained in plain language, without unnecessary code or jargon.

  3. 03 How do I know if AI is right for my business?

AI is worth exploring if repetitive manual tasks are taking up your team's time, follow‑up is inconsistent, or your tools don't share information and someone has to connect everything manually.

If none of that sounds familiar, AI may not be the priority right now, and that is a fair conclusion too.

  4. 04 What's the difference between the audit and the full build?

The Discover step is a workflow and readiness review that identifies where the most valuable opportunities are. It can stand alone.

The Design and Deploy steps are where systems are built, tested, and introduced to your team.

Most clients complete both stages, but the Discover step does not require a commitment to implementation.

  5. 05 Do you offer workshops?

Yes. These are practical, hands‑on sessions for teams that want to use AI confidently in their actual work.

Workshops are built around your specific operations and use cases, not generic tool demonstrations.

  6. 06 How long does implementation take?

It depends on the scope. A focused automation build typically takes a few weeks. A broader implementation involving multiple workflows and staff training usually takes between one and three months.

You'll receive a specific timeline during the Design step.

  7. 07 What's included in the Fractional AI Agent Builder retainer?

Once the initial systems are built and working, some clients want to add more AI agent capacity over time.

Under the Fractional AI Agent Builder retainer, we act as an ongoing, part‑time AI development resource: as new needs come up, we build, deploy, and maintain the agents for them. This is different from a one‑time build. It runs monthly and scales with your business.

  8. 08 Can I start small and expand later?

Yes. Most engagements begin with one specific problem, such as lead follow‑up or workflow automation, and expand once the initial system is working. You don't need to commit to a large implementation upfront.

  9. 09 How much does this cost?

The cost depends on the scope of the work: whether you need a single automation, a broader implementation, or ongoing support. Pricing is scoped per engagement rather than fixed, since the work varies by business.

  10. 10 What if my team is resistant to AI adoption?

That's common, which is why training is included in every implementation rather than treated as an add‑on.

The goal is for AI to remove repetitive work from your team's workload, not replace them. That distinction is important for successful adoption.

  11. 11 Is this safe for my business? What about data security?

Data handling depends on the specific tools and systems involved in your project. For Canadian clients, that includes staying aligned with PIPEDA; for Singapore clients, PDPA. Security and privacy considerations are addressed during the Design step.

If your business has additional regulatory or compliance requirements, raise them early so they can be included in the plan.

  12. 12 Do you provide support after implementation?

Yes. Every build includes a period of hands‑on support after launch. Ongoing support is also available for businesses that want continued help as their systems and needs evolve.

  13. 13 Do you provide both consulting and training?

Yes. Some clients want systems built for them. Others want their teams trained to manage the tools independently, including leadership and executive teams focused on AI strategy rather than day‑to‑day tool use. Most clients need a combination of both.

The Discover step helps determine the right approach for your business.

  14. 14 Can I book a call to see if this is right for my business?

Yes. Book a Discovery Call to discuss your current operations and get a specific recommendation, including cost, based on what you need.
